中國勇氣

母親轉寄了個短片給我，關於中國溜冰選手張丹的故事。片子有點長，但挺讓人感動！跌倒要再站起來是每個人從小學步就明白的道理，長大後要在現實生活中實踐這一簡單的道理卻著實不容易，需要勇氣、堅持和無止盡的耐心。(中國勇氣－摔下去又站起來的張丹 http://cdjp.org/Articles/article.php/55)

想起之前看的電影「卡特教頭」，裡面的籃球教練為了鍛鍊一群血氣方剛的孩子，不斷堅持嚴格的磨練他們的意志和信心。很喜歡裡面的一首詩。

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. 
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  
 It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

我們最大的恐懼並不是因為我們不夠好
我們最大的恐懼是  我們的能力將超乎想像
我們害怕的是我們的光明  而不是黑暗的一面
畏縮的態度不能改變世界
隱藏自己內在的潛能並不會讓你身邊的人覺得更有安全感
我們都應該發揮最大的潛能
就像小孩子那樣
不僅僅是幾個人   而是我們全部
當我們讓自己發光時
我們不自覺的影響到身邊的人  讓他們也能這樣做
當我們從自己的恐懼中解放
我們的表現自然而然的也解放了別人

生命需要英雄，他們走在前面讓我們看到生命中的失敗屢屢皆是，但更重要的是不斷站起來堅持到底。將這首小詩送給我身邊許多為別人或者為自己生命奮戰到底的英雄！
